Just a late evening update, many of the tubes have been removed and Shane is holding his own. He is making steady progress and doing very well. At this point, we are grateful for his progress but realize the road ahead will be long. Often times, hemophiliacs take longer to heal and he of course is very vulnerable to infection. Prayer warriors from around our community. . . please prayer specifically about these issues. We are very grateful for your continued support and the many, many prayers of our brothers and sisters.

Good Morning, Shane & Family:

It is wonderful to get these updates!!! Thank you for your constant postings here. I am certain that it helps to minimize the phone calls -- I hope. BUT when you are as FAMOUS as Shane Stanford, you can't help but always have well wishers at hand.

Seriously, though, you and your family are an awesome testimony. Even though we don't talk much, I enjoy hearing how God blesses you along the way.

May God heal you in ways that you never expected -- those are the true miracles. Hope to see you very soon.

Prayers and Praises,
Jon Kittrell

I just love getting on the computer and being able to go and check on the progress of my friend. I thank God for all your progress and am relieved that Pokey is in such good spirits. Keep on getting better.

Love you,
Lisa

Just checking in on you guys. Mom and Dad came up to see you all last night, I had to stay behind b/c I'm sickly and knew I should not come up around you all. Hope all is well and I continue to pray for healing and a speedy recovery for Shane and for strength and patience for Pokey and the rest of the family!

In Faith,
Meagan

Hey Christian family,
We are so excited that you are doing well. Everyone here is constantly praying for you and your family. We can see God's mighty strength shown through you, and we know it will continue through you always. You are an inspiration to us all as a husband, father, and worker for the Lord. We wish you the best through this time and we are only a phone call away, there are good babysitters around here (Buford :)). May God continue to bless you always!!!

Your Extended Family...
