Shane Stanford is a pastor, teacher and author. Beginning July 1st, he will serve as the Senior Pastor of Christ UMC in Memphis, TN. He is the Senior Pastor of Gulf Breeze UMC in Gulf Breeze, Florida, a congregation with an average worship attendance of over 2,400. He is the author of nine books, including the bestselling "The CURE for the Chronic Life" (co-authored with Deanna Favre). Shane is married to Dr. Pokey Stanford and they are the parents of three daughters, ages 14, 11, and 6.

I just found out about Shane's surgery and I am so happy to read that everything is going so well. Pokey and Shane I will keep you and the girls in my prayers and I do think about you all often, what a blessing your witness has been to me and my family. God is good and I know he will take extra care of all of you-
